Public Service Careers: Opportunities for Emerging Professionals of Color
The Boston Chapter of the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA-Boston) and the Department of Public Policy and Public Affairs (DPPPA) at University of Massachusetts Boston invite you to an event on public service careers at the state and local level. Four distinguished panelists, two who work for the Commonwealth, and two who work with and for Massachusetts municipalities, will share their experiences in the public sector, and explain the opportunities for emerging professionals, especially professionals of color, to take advantage of unprecedented opportunities to build public service careers in diverse occupations, organization types and locations.
